PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

DURATION OF TREATMENT:
The data collected will be stored for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected ("conservation limitation principle", art.5, GDPR), or according to the deadlines established by law. The check on the obsolescence of the data stored in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is carried out periodically.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY:
The interested party always has the right to request the Data Controller to access, rectify or delete their data. the limitation of the processing, the opposition to the processing, such as requesting the portability of your data, or revoking consent to the processing by asserting these and the other rights provided by the GDPR by simple communication to the Data Controller.
The request may be made via e-mail or registered letter with the subject: "Request by the interested party" specifying in the request the right that the interested party wishes to exercise (cancellation, rectification, portability, oblivion), together with a valid e-mail address /pec to which the feedback should be delivered.
The data controller, or a person appointed by him, will proceed to satisfy the request within 30 days from the date of receipt. If the response is complex, the time could be extended to a further 30 days, subject to timely communication to the interested party.
If it is deemed appropriate to assert one's rights, the interested party also has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
